Tollefson Family Pork | Locally Raised for Minneapolis Farmers Market

Our animals are fed a high protein and all vegetable diet, therefore they are fed to be lean. Most loin cuts (first four products) are the same total fat, saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat content as chicken or turkey breast.

Fresh Flash-Frozen Meats
	Boneless Pork Loin Chops Two butterfly cut chops per package weighing approximately 1 pound at $6.50 per package. Chops can be cut into four 4 ounce portions. We recommend grilling or frying straight from the freezer, no thawing unless marinating or stuffing.
	Pork Loin Chops Two bone-in chops weighing approximately 1.25 pounds at $6.00 per package. Cut to 1” thickness to ensure a tender juicy flavor. We recommend grilling or frying straight from the freezer, no thawing unless marinating.
	Thin Cut Pork Loin Chops Two bone-in chops weighing approximately .85 pound at $4.00 per package. Cut about 3/4" thick for faster cooking. We recommend grilling or frying straight from the freezer, no thawing unless marinating.
	Pork Tenderloin One per package weighing between ¾ to 1 pound at $6.50 per package. This boneless cut is our most lean and tender meat. Perfect for grilling, stir fry, kabobs, medallions, or roasting whole.
	Boneless Pork Loin Roast weighs approximately 2.5 pounds at $10.00 per package. It is netted and ready for the grill, oven, or slow cooker. We recommend grilling or roasting straight from the freezer, no thawing unless marinating or stuffing.
	Spare Ribs weighs approximately 2.5 pounds at $6.25 per package. For fall off the bone tender ribs, we recommend slow cooking covered with a small amount of liquid in the bottom of the pan at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours before grilling with your favorite sauce.
	Porketta Roast-Boneless Approximately 2.5 pounds at $10.0 per package. Our lean boneless roast is marinated in a mild Italian seasoning and already netted to be ready for the grill, oven, or slow cooker. Cook straight from the freezer - DO NOT ADD LIQUID!
	Boston Butt - Bone In Pork Roast weighs between 2.5 and 3 pounds at $9.00 per package. Our Boston Butt roast is very flavorful, excellent for shredded pork or an old-fashioned pork roast dinner.
	Fresh Side Pork Weights at least one pound at $4.00 per package. Made with the same lean meat as our best selling bacon without the smoking. Just the sweet fresh flavor of high quality pork.
	Ground Pork weighs approximately 1 pound at $2.75 per package it is another lean alternative to good quality ground turkey.
	Fresh Pork Links weighs approximately 2.5 pounds at $9.00 per package. Our 2 ounce breakfast links are virtually greaseless.
	Sweet Italian Sausage bulk package weighs 1 pound at $3.00 per package. As lean as our ground pork with a mild Italian seasoning perfect for spaghetti, pizza, or pizzaburgers.
	Fresh Bratwurst Links 6 links in a package weighing at least 1.75 pounds for $6.75. Same great seasoning as the smoked bratwurst links without the smoking.
	Bratwurst Burger One pound (5 patties) for $3.25. Grill straight from the freezer for maximum juiciness. A favorite for over 15 years.
	Our Famous Seasoned Pork Patties 8 quarter pound patties in a 2 pound package at $6.50 per package. Grill straight from the freezer for maximum juiciness with a stronger more pepper based seasoning than our brat patties.
